1. Do the pots have drainage holes? Are they waterproof?

They sure do! Colour Pots are ready for plants with drainage holes and are sealed and waterproofed. We recommend using your pots indoors to protect them from poor weather.  


2. Where do you ship to? 

Currently we only ship within Australia. We aim to get your pot to you as quickly as possible however shipping times can vary. 

 If you live outside Australia and you'd like to make a purchase, please get in contact with us via Instagram as we would love to hear from you. 


3. How can I get free shipping? 

Buy 3 or more pots and receive FREE shipping for your order. This offer is automatically applied at the checkout. Limited time only. 


4. My pot arrived broken/damaged, what should I do? 

If your pot arrives broken or damaged please take photos of the pot and send to [email protected] and we will happily send a new pot to you! Please make sure you get in contact with us within 48hrs of receiving your pot. 


5. Do you accept returns/ refunds/ cancellations? 

Unfortunately we do not offer any returns or refunds however if there is a problem with your order please contact us at [email protected].


6. My pot doesn't look exactly like the photos 

Each pot is hand painted so every pot is unique! We do our absolute best to produce consistent designs and artwork but every pot is different and unique in it's own way. 


7. I would like a custom design, how do I order it? 

We love to bring your designs to life! Custom orders can be made through messaging our Instagram account @colour.pots or by filling in this form here.
